V1.0 b312 EXP Update (b313 hotfix)

Hello Survivors!
Today we have the 1.0 b312 EXP update for you.

How to participate:
    [*]Right click on the game in steam
    [*]Click on properties
    [*]Click the “betas” tab
    [*]The drop down menu will now have latest_experimental available <— you want THAT
    [*]Select that and wait for the game to download
